HIstory
Built in 1958, The Inlet Palm Beaches at 320 Inlet Way reflects the enduring charm of mid-century coastal living. With only a handful of residences, this boutique cooperative was designed to highlight sweeping views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, offering residents an intimate and timeless waterfront lifestyle.
Nestled in Palm Beach Shores—a community formally established in 1947—the building is surrounded by a rich tapestry of history. The nearby Palm Beach Inlet, dredged in 1918, not only shaped the island’s growth but also gave rise to Peanut Island, a small but significant landmark just offshore. During the Cold War, Peanut Island became the secret location of a U.S. Navy command post and a half-buried shelter built for President John F. Kennedy. Known today as the Kennedy Bunker, it served as a precautionary refuge in case of emergency and remains a notable piece of Cold War history on the island.

Our Policies
Check-in at the property begins at 4:00 PM and is available anytime afterward. Early check-in is subject to availability, and the minimum age for check-in is 25. Check-out is required before 11:00 AM, with late check-out available upon request and subject to an additional fee. Express check-out is also an option for guests seeking a streamlined departure process.
There is no physical front desk at this property. Instead, guests will receive check-in instructions and smart lock details via email 24 hours before arrival, and access will be provided through a private entrance. To ensure a smooth check-in process, guests must contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Additionally, online registration via a secure link is required before arrival, and guests must provide a copy of their government-issued photo ID after booking. Assistance is available through a virtual front desk, and guests are encouraged to download the property's Sifely mobile app for added convenience.
The property allows pets, specifically dogs, for an additional charge of $300 per pet (fees vary based on the length of stay), plus a one-time cleaning fee of $249 and a refundable deposit of $500 per stay. Service animals are welcome and exempt from fees. A maximum of two dogs, each weighing up to 50 lbs, is permitted. However, pets cannot be left unattended, and only specific pet-friendly rooms are available. Guests must contact the property in advance to confirm availability.
A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required before check-in. Additionally, a cleaning fee of $275 per accommodation per night applies, varying by unit. Late check-out is available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Extra-person charges may apply based on the property's policy.
